The Hyde Away Inn & Restaurant has provided beverage catering services for over 25 years. Our experience, reliability and on-site management have resulted in an impeccable reputation for outstanding and professional service.

Ana Dan and her staff at the Hyde Away took care of the beverage service for our wedding on 9/24/2016 at the Skinner Barn. Ana was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process – extremely patient and accommodating and friendly. For the reception itself, they were professional, polite and fun in general! The drinks were perfect, and our guests were impressed with the entire service. I would recommend the Hyde Away to anyone looking to book a catered event! Bravo!

Beverage Service Options

Full Open Bar

The host pays for all liquor and beverages consumed by their guests and the bar is set with a variety of hard liquors, bottled beer, champagne, red and white wine and soft drinks.

Beer and Wine Only

The host pays for beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks for their guests — there is no hard liquor offered.

Cash Bar

Guests pay for their drinks and the bar is set with a variety of hard liquors, beer, soft drinks, red and white wine. A cash bar can also be combined with an open bar for some beverages or some period of the evening to limit spending. If you decide on a cash bar only, you may want to provide a separate punch at no charge to the guests, or pay for soft drinks for guests. There is a minimum charge of $500 for cash bar.

You may opt to pay for a champagne toast or wine service at dinner in addition to the bar choices above.
